The Technique

The Demidov Organic Acting Technique empowers actors to connect deeply with their unique creative individuality by guiding them to recognize and trust their innate artistic instincts. It is an approach that cultivates faith in the actor’s own talent and fosters genuine, spontaneous performances that emerge organically, allowing actors to consistently access inspiration and fully express their true creative potential.

COURSES

DSL provides immersive in-studio and online courses that guide actors through the distinct stages of the Demidov Organic Technique. With Demidov’s signature etudes, actors gain a real glimpse of what it means to live fully in and surrender to the truth of the present moment.
